Imagine growing up on farm in rural North Carolina and your father tells you it's important to get a college education, but that business isn't for you because you're a woman. It's a good thing this young woman didn't take her father's career advice, because she went on to become President of the biggest bank in Florida. She went on to be Florida's CFO and came within inches of becoming Governor.
