Hospitals around the country are doing it, and the Tampa Bay Area is no exception. More and more hospitals are becoming non-smoking facilities, prohibiting smoking by employees, patients, families, and the public. St. Petersburg's All Children's Hospital has been doing it for a year, and Largo Medical Center has just become a non smoking campus.
